Our client is a well-respected water hygiene company providing an outstanding range of water hygiene/treatment and legionella services to clients throughout the UK.

The company is currently recruiting for a committed and multi-skilled Water Hygiene Engineersbased in and around the Watford area.

The successful applicant will be experienced in installing and maintaining dosing systems, as well as carrying out disinfection and chlorination on hot and cold-water systems.

Applications from Enfield, St Albans, Loughton,and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:
" Must have previous experience working in this role within the water treatment industry.
" Possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
" Proficient IT skills including competency in Microsoft office package.
" A good working knowledge of the water treatment industry.

Duties within the role:
" Monitor the client's air and water systems to ensure they comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
" Carry out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
" Undertake temperature monitoring, conduct routine sampling and analyse results.
" Carrying out installation and maintenance of dosing systems.
" Inspection and disinfection of CWST.
" Undertaking legionella and TVC sampling.
" Carrying out routine duties such as showerhead cleaning, tank inspections and servicing of TMVs.
Overall, the successful postholder will demonstrate a strong work ethic as well as excellent industry knowledge and experience. Prospective applicants make be prepared to travel as per the clients requirements.
