  • Front of House

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to ensure an outstanding dining experience
  • Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction
  • Handle transactions and process payments accurately

Requirements:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-20 per week


Salary:
Up to £10.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
