Host360 are looking for a confident and sales driven
Airbnb Property Account Executive to join the team Host360 is an Airbnb property management company based in Bristol. Were passionate about enriching Bristolian hospitality - both for guests and hosts Our small Clifton-based team is committed to helping property owners in Bristol and the surrounding area make the most of their empty properties.


This role involves managing properties on Airbnb for Bristol property owners, as well as plenty of outreach to secure new properties for our ever-growing portfolio.

The Airbnb Property Manager role is crucial in ensuring our business goes from strength to strength, so we're looking for someone with the drive and confidence to help promote our core values and communicate our offering to potential hosts.

This is a friendly and fun team who operate at a high level - we're looking for someone who can fit in from the first day and help us move this department forwards


Key details for this role:


Salary:
package of £26,000 including bonuses


Mileage: 45p per mile (for those who have a car)


Hours:

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday working 8 hours per day with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

We are flexible to make this role more part time for those looking for fewer hours - the role can be worked over 4 days (32 hours per week) if preferred.


Location:
Hybrid - this role will work part time in our Clifton, Bristol offices and part time from home.


Start date:
Flexible - ASAP or after notice or relocation


Main areas of responsibility:


  • Creation and management of property listings
  • Growing Host360s customer base in Bristol as per KPI targets
  • Carrying out preliminary viewings at new properties for Host360, assessing all housekeeping/maintenance considerations to ensure their onboarding will be smooth
  • Gathering and sharing learning to inform the expansion of the department
  • Regular cleaning fee and competition analysis
  • Contributing to operations and systems design to ensure we can scale quickly and profitably
  • Being oncall as Quarter Short Lets duty manager for a maximum of 1 weekend in 4, on rotation by agreement with the unit manager (lieu time is accrued for this)

We are looking someone who:


  • Has a positive, proactive attitude
  • Who has a confident and professional demeanour and is able to build rapport with potential landlords easily
  • Is passionate about Bristol
  • Target driven
  • Ideally, has a clean driving license and car
  • Has sales experience
  • Is comfortable picking up the phone and making calls with regularity

Our ideal Airbnb Property Account Executive:
You will be a self starter who is bursting both ideas and enthusiasm.

You'll be an excellent team play - happy to muck in where required even if it means doing something not listed in your job description.

You'll be personable, organised and inspire confidence in our business with all external landlords. You'll have strong business acumen and be able to spot an opportunity when it crosses your path

You may have a history of working within the Estate Agency or Lettings world, or just be a confident sales person who has an eye for great property
