Planned Contracts Administrator
About us
We are a well established family run commercial drainage company, offering reactive and scheduled maintenance services to large restaurant, hotel, and supermarket chains.
Due to continued expansion we are looking for a proactive Planned Contracts Administrator to join our friendly team based in Welwyn Garden City.
Role
Main duties Include but not limited to:
- Logging customer requests and jobs
- Updating our client portals with clear concise job information
- Updating our internal CRM system with job requirements
- Answering telephone calls, logging client requests on internal and external portals
- Obtaining job updates from our engineers and updating the system with notes about the job
- Closing jobs once they have been completed ready for invoicing
- Ordering Materials and ensuring planned works have the correct parts or equipment.
- Liaising closely with Management to create suitable work schedules and plans
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Ad hoc projects
Personal Specification
- Experience in a customer service environment or customer facing role
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilience
- Excellent organisational skills
