Planned Contracts Administrator


About us


We are a well established family run commercial drainage company, offering reactive and scheduled maintenance services to large restaurant, hotel, and supermarket chains.

Due to continued expansion we are looking for a proactive Planned Contracts Administrator to join our friendly team based in Welwyn Garden City.


Role

Main duties Include but not limited to:

  • Logging customer requests and jobs
  • Updating our client portals with clear concise job information
  • Updating our internal CRM system with job requirements
  • Answering telephone calls, logging client requests on internal and external portals
  • Obtaining job updates from our engineers and updating the system with notes about the job
  • Closing jobs once they have been completed ready for invoicing
  • Ordering Materials and ensuring planned works have the correct parts or equipment.
  • Liaising closely with Management to create suitable work schedules and plans
  • Ad hoc admin duties
  • Ad hoc projects

Personal Specification

  • Experience in a customer service environment or customer facing role
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilience
  • Excellent organisational skills
