Quintessential Brands, the award-winning name behind spirits like Bloom, Ophir and Greenalls have an exciting opportunity to join our Warrington site as a Group Accounts Payable Clerk.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for completing the end-to-end accounts payable function for the worldwide QB Group ensuring efficient, timely and accurate processing to point of payment of vendor invoices.

Are you up for the challenge?


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide help, cover and support within the Shared Service Centre Teams.
  • Review the AP reports e.g. GRNI on a weekly basis and chase actions.
  • Process all Travel & Expenses claims to meet payment deadlines.
  • Register invoices via electronic invoicing system Continua across the Group.
  • Match invoices in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central against a Purchase Order.
  • Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve reconciling items in line with SLAs.
  • Set up and maintain vendor accounts on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central


To assist and engage in all manner of activities conducive to the financial health and profitable growth prospects of the business and other reasonable tasks commensurate with the effective and efficient running of an AP team.

You will be experienced and confident in building and managing relationships internally with other departments & external stakeholders.
