Our People team supports all aspects of our employee journey - talent acquisition, employee onboarding, talent management, total rewards and employee experience and culture.

You'll need to be comfortable spinning a lot of plates, we are a fast-paced business, and we are looking for someone who can manage conflicting priorities.

Please note, this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the background checking process and administering the inhouse background checks, where appropriate
Drawing up contracts of employment, offer letters and other employee correspondence.
Partnering with Workplace Technology to ensure seamless delivery of new hires' tech, and to support in arranging the return of tech from leavers.
Supporting and/or delivering onboarding sessions
Addressing the queries of employees and developing clear frequently asked questions

Requirements:

Administrative experience, preferably within a people/HR team, certainly within a fastpaced, high growth environment
Bonus points if you have experience running and driving improvements in people processes.
You can demonstrate high attention to detail.
A curiosity and interest in technology
A cando attitude.
