Part of our Operations team, reporting in to the Deputy Manager

Salary - £21,459, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM hours P/W)

Role Overview:


We currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative in our Quest 22 site in Doncaster, assisting in all aspects of the warehouse operation including picking, packing, replenishment, stock control, put-away and housekeeping.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures;
  • Perform full inspection on all stock delivered, ensuring the safe handling of products at the point of receipt;
  • Ensure deliveries of stock are stored correctly and moved to their assigned locations;
  • Monitor and maintain orders for packaging; picking and packing to standards;
  • You will be vital in the daytoday operation of the warehouse carrying out inspections and clearing down all areas within the booth to ensure it is free from any labels, patient information leaflets (PIL), products, or documents from previous jobs and note that this has been completed on the relevant warehouse information software;
  • Perform detailed checks against products to ensure all details are correct before starting the labelling process and reporting any discrepancies for investigation;
  • Where necessary, ensuring stock is appropriately quarantined for supplier collection;
  • Actioning customer returns inline with the relevant internal procedures;
  • Maintaining all relevant spreadsheets and logs relating to the job role;
  • Ensuring the working areas are clean and sanitised at all times.
