At Home Instead Watford, we're looking for a Community Engagement Lead with a passion for building relationships and a flair for social media.

You'll play a key role in leading events and promoting our brand within the Watford community, helping to enhance the lives of the elderly by connecting our services with those who need them most.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community leaders, and other referral sources.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to plan community events, lead campaigns, and manage leaflet drop projects to help sourcing care professionals.
  • Enhance our presence on social media platforms, posting engaging content from community events and activities that resonates with our community.
  • Coordinate local PR activities, promoting our community involvement to local newspapers and other media.
  • Conduct informative sessions in the community to educate potential clients about their care options in a nonsalesy way.
  • Coach and lead the community engagement department.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in leading community outreach, communications, or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at public speaking and relationship management.
  • Strong command of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the Watford area and its community dynamics.
  • Previous experience in marketing or selling personal services is highly advantageous.

Pay:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
