Signature have partnered with a successful Bristol based investment company in the hunt for a friendly, proactive administrator to join the team.

These guys are well renowned and award winning, and looking for someone that shares their passion for providing a high quality service.

Working as an Investment Administrator you will be supporting key stakeholders and management to provide clients with excellent service. You'll be diligent, customer focussed and believe in doing the best by your clients.


Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary of up to £28,000 DOE.
  • Hybrid working following training.
  • 33 days annual leave.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries.
  • Provide top tier administration support to investment managers.
  • Conducting client onboarding, obtaining and maintaining records.
  • Ensuring all office systems are up to date and accurate.
  • Marketing support across social media, whitepapers, literature and the website.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrable admin experience within in financial services.
  • Customer focused, with an ability to build strong relationships with client and thirdparty contacts at all levels.
  • Motivated, outgoing and friendly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The small Print:
This is an office-based role, with the opportunity for hybrid working beyond training/probation. Working hours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday. This is a permanent role based in central Bristol with no parking. For more information, please get in touch with Sara at Signature.
