We are currently looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to work with a housing association in the Northampton area, on an initial 3 month contract.

Benefits of this role include a company van and fuel card.

Duties of the Fire Risk Assessor:

  • Conducting fire risk assessments on domestic properties
  • Working closely with the Fire Safety and Compliance team to plan and undertake the outcomes from the assessments.
  • Working a combination of site visits and completing the write ups of the FRAs.

Experience and qualifications:


  • Experience completing fire risk assessments on a range of properties
  • Member of IFSM, IFE or NEBOSH
