Role Overview:

As a Shop Assistant, you will be the heart and soul of our store, interacting with customers, curating magical displays, and contributing to the overall vibrant atmosphere.

Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with merchandise presentation, and infusing your creative talents to ensure that every customer's visit is a delightful and unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers warmly, creating a welcoming and joyful environment.
• Offer product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find their perfect sweet treat.
• Assist in crafting captivating and visually appealing displays that showcase Bebeto's delectable range.
• Collaborate with the manager and creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative display ideas.
• Help maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, ensuring products are wellstocked and presented.
• Contribute to the success of our instore café by assisting with orders and service when needed.
• Embrace a customerfirst mindset, actively listening to feedback and striving to exceed expectations.
• Operate the pointofsale system accurately for seamless transactions.

Qualifications:

• A flair for creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to turn ideas into captivating displays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a tidy and appealing store.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Prior experience in a customerfacing role, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
