Description

As a Management Trainee (Sales), you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the fast-paced and competitive field of sales.

You will work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of sales operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in a comprehensive management training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a leadership role
  • Learn and understand various departments within the organization, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance
  • Assist with daytoday operations and projects to gain handson experience in different areas of the business
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support decisionmaking processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Experience:


  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,051.81 per year
