Description

This position contributes to Patagonia Chocolates success by serving top quality espresso coffee based beverage and providing great customer service to all clients.


  • Prepare and serve espresso based beverage
  • Prepare and serve Milk Shakes, Smoothies, Juices
  • Prepare and serve Hot Chocolates & Teas
  • Maintains a clean and organized Barista station workspace
  • Follows Patagonia Chocolates operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, food control plan and health and safety.
  • Delivers good customer service to all customers by acting with a 'customer comes first' attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Discovers and responds to customer needs.
  • Follows Patagonia Chocolates operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, food control plan and health and safety.
  • Maintains a clean and organized Barista station workspace

  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
  • Any other duties as may be required from time to time
