Do you have a passion for food and working in a kitchen?
As a Kitchen Porter you will you will be part of a team who take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
You will work in a high performing, fast paced environment maintaining the cleanliness, organisation and upkeep of our kitchen, equipment and back of house areas.
What we're looking for...Polite, prompt and friendly manner; respectful to colleagues and guests.
Ability to remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events, whilst remaining driven to complete your tasks.
Willingness to work independently and part of a team, alongside all chefs, managers and other food service staff.
Under the guidance of the culinary team, assisting with the efficient preparation, presentation and replenishment of food/ food services at required times.
Ensure all meals are prepared with due care and attention, particularly with regards to special dietary requirements, allergens and shelf life.
Assist with the setup and clear down of your area, ready for the next service.Replenishing stock
Ensure all service utensils are impeccably clean before use and all service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
Shifts:
variable; some shifts will require consistency, 15 hours+ (to be further discussed)
Salary:
Minimum wage but will increase dependent on experience and skills
