Timber Mill Machinist

Experienced Timber Mill Machinist required for our well establish client based in Grantham, the company in question have been operating in the area for over 60 years trading hardwood and softwoods nationally.

They have 5 strategically placed sites supplyingsawn and machined hardwood, softwood, flooring, decking, cladding, sheet materials and engineered timber products.

As a Timber Mill Machinist, you will be required to cut and prepare wood for construction projects.

You will be producing timber for panelling, floorboards, kitchen counters, bars, banisters, skirting boards, window and door frames, and more.

Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday

£ £12 per hour DOE

This will be a Full time, permanent position.

Requirements for the position

Experience of woodworking machinery is essential including moulders or multirip saws
Must have excellent attention to detail
Physically fit and flexible approach to work
Hi Vis and Saftey Boots

- **Side Loader and/or counterbalance license would be an advantage.
