If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to become a Teaching Assistant in Southampton, Hampshire.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with students aged years or years in a UK classroom setting.

You will be responsible for supporting children of all abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This position is perfect for support or care workers, tutors, sports coaches, psychology graduates, or anyone with an interest in helping individuals with additional needs.

This role offers a competitive pay rate of £80-£85 per day and provides a wealth of opportunities for career progression.

Initially, you will be on a fixed-term contract, with the potential to become a permanent member of staff within a local primary, secondary, or specialist school in Southampton.

Alternatively, many of our client schools offer temporary-to-permanent contracts, where after 16 weeks, you will have the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.

You must have full-time availability, be punctual and reliable, and have a genuine desire to work in the education sector on a long-term basis.

The position is Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm and starts immediately.
