DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Review meeting room bookings daily for external meetings and check in with meeting organisers and EA's to see what is required re drinks/refreshments etc. e.g. Board meetings
- Answer all inbound 8x8 calls and pass on any messages
- Meeting room management including cleaning, booking and setting up projectors etc
- Provide any admin service on request to the business, ie opening and sending post, sending reminders, office budget, stock and stationary
- H&S matters such as ISO compliant, conducting and logging H&S checks, arranging regular servicing of equipment and first aid boxes replenished
- Organise training for Fire Marshalls, First Aiders and Mental First Aiders
- Manage all office contractors, and arrange all office repairs
- Build and maintain relationship with the building manager to report any maintenance issues
- HR administration, including on boarding and off boarding, right to work checks for new joiners, and equipment management
- Procurement for the business such as all equipment for staff, office supplies, travel and flights on request, as well as booking hotels and car hires
- Assist with organising events for the team such as Christmas, Away Days and any other events
- IT upkeep ie mobile phone contracts, setting up new employee IT accounts/laptops and assist with changes
- Admin support to the EA's such as meeting rooms, diary management, booking holidays, expenses and other ad hoc duties
