The role of Risk Executive is really important to us.

You will act as a day-to-day point of contact for regional offices for queries relating to Recoveries, Legal Documentation and Bad Debt Protection.

In addition to providing support to the Recoveries & Legal Documentation Executives in the day-to-day management of the portfolio of collect out clients


This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months and it will be based in our Manchester office however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week.

You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.


What would your day look like?

  • Support the Legal Documentation Executive with the production of standard legal documents, ensuring documents are right first time (accurate), consistent and reflect the sanctioned facilities
  • Challenge Credit / Sales / Operations where requested legal documentation is out of line with expectations (e.g. associated company missing from Guarantee web, Indemnity, etc.)
  • Support the Recoveries Executive in maximizing recoveries by ensuring prompt collection of book debts and other security to ensure options for recovery are in line with Collect Out Policy, whilst ensuring that all recoveries activities are undertaken in line with our stated TCF objectives
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements within Recoveries, Legal Documents and Bad Debt Protection, working with other members of the business to deliver these into BAU

What do we expect of you?

  • An Invoice Finance / ABL background
  • Knowledge of Invoice Finance agreements, associated security documentation (e.g. Guarantees, Indemnities, Charges, etc.) and their rights & remedies
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and a curiosity to understand and follow through to deliver results.
  • The ability to work unsupervised with a high level of selfmotivation.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Strong team player
  • Good Customer Service experience
