Area Manager required for a small portfolio of elderly residential care homes across the beautiful county of Devon.

We are seeking either an experienced home manager seeking an upward move or someone already doing a similar role, to support and oversee the day to day operations of 3-4 care homes, line managing the home managers and reporting into the company Directors.

Your time will be split between the care homes where you will ensure the homes are profitable and operating to a high standard, achieving a minimum of Good CQC outcomes.

Requirements:

Must be an established professional from elderly care home sector
Proven track record in achieving Good/Outstanding CQC outcomes and developing a culture of continual improvement and innovation with your homes

Responsibilities:

Line management of Home Managers
Achieve financial and quality targets
Provide hands on support for Home Managers and their teams
Active role in recruitment, induction, training along with ongoing supervision and appraisal
Oversight of marketing and business development across sites within portfolio
