About the role


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the heart and soul of Tritility, helping our customers by keeping in regular contact to ensure we deliver the best customer journey from start to finish.


You will be able to identify customer needs by clarifying information, dealing with issues and provide solutions within the best time frame.

Within this role you will always go above and beyond what is expected of you, by providing a professional and excellent level of service.

Our standard working hours are Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm. Yes, you read that right, no evenings, no weekends and an early finish on a Friday


Your experience
This position would suit a Customer Service Advisor with a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and would be a perfect role for someone who has:

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office products in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in crossselling and upselling when dealing with customers, ideally you will have experience in identifying and developing further opportunities with our customers.
Energy experience is not essential but would be advantageous.


Salary:
£24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
