Care Administrator - 4 days a week 29.5 hours (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 4.30pm and Friday 9am - 4.00pm)An exciting opportunity to join an outstanding independent local business, providing quality care to people in their own homes.
We have a vacancy for a highly organised and versatile Care administrator.
This role is varied and responsibilities will include:
- General Office administration
- Updating and maintaining client and staff records
- Coordinate staff training, recruitment and holiday requests
- Maintaining and updating Policies and Procedures in line with CQC guidelines
- Providing support to Care Coordinators
Essential skills:
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Administrative experience
- Experience of working in the Care Sector would be an advantage
