Corporate Facilities Services are a national provider of Cleaning, Security and Support Services specialising in shopping centre facilities management and customer service.

We currently have a vacancy for a permanent Full Time Operations Assistant at The Marlands Shopping Centre, Southampton. The position is Monday to Friday (42hrs per week)


The role is aimed at assisting the sites Admin and Operation functions by completing daily/weekly health and safety inspections, completing maintenance reports and engaging with the site's customers and tenants by collating information, event planning and Centre promotional activities.


The role includes but not limited too:
Assisting the sites Management team to complete daily/weekly site checks

Completing daily/weekly site maintenance reports

Assisting with basic maintenance tasks set by the Maintenance Supervisor

Liaising with customers and tenants to complete weekly/monthly reports

Event planning

Liaising with the site cleaning team to ensure high standards are kept


The overall purpose of this role is supporting the sites existing customer and tenant services by helping them to create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for everyone using the Centre.

Full training will be given.

£10.44 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
