    We are seeking an M&E Planner to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME), our internal MEP self-delivery business within the Kier Group.

    Location: Basingstoke. Covering projects in the Southern Region

    Contract: Full-time, permanent.

    M&E Planner Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will work across multiple projects in various sectors, including Custodial, Defence, Laboratories, Education, and Commercial.

    Daily tasks will include:

    1. Creating and maintaining project MEP programmes using Elecosoft PowerProject, adhering to Kier's standards and contract requirements.
    2. Monitoring project progress on-site, identifying risks and delays, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
    3. Reviewing supply chain programmes, coordinating with teams to mitigate risks, and ensuring alignment with the contract programme.
    4. Participating in meetings to discuss project status with teams and the supply chain, promoting clear communication.
    5. Fostering an inclusive workplace, encouraging diversity, and supporting team well-being.

    Requirements:

    We are looking for candidates with the following key qualifications:

    1. Intermediate or advanced level user of Elecosoft PowerProject.
    2. Experience using Bluebeam Revu.
    3. Eligibility for SC clearance.
    4. Previous on-site experience as an MEP planner.
