The role of a Residential Practitioner is to support, encourage and safeguard children and young people in their development, enabling them to make positive contributions to their families, society and local communities.

You will do this by fostering positive relationships and maintaining strong bongs between children and staff based on shared daily life and routines, joint activities and established boundaries of acceptable behaviour.

Typical earnings are
£29,817 - £32,419 based on a basic salary of £22,271 to £24,919 plus sleep ins (£36.08), night enhancement at time and a third after 10pm and 50% weekend enhancement rate.
