An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator at our multi-award winning large prestigious, Nottinghamshire based clients.

Their expanding team are looking to add someone with a proven track record of providing the highest levels of Customer Service within a thriving Nottingham Branch.

Have a proven track record of excellent Customer Service
Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
Be organised and professional with solid attention to detail and time management.
Highly skilled in Customer Service with a confident telephone and facetoface manner.
An understanding of the Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas property market
A proven ability to negotiate between two or more parties.

A full UK driving License would be required, along with access to own transport.

Desirable Attributes:

Previous experience working within a similar industry sector.
Experience of selling and negotiating both resale and New Build Homes would be desirable.

Hour of Work:

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and every other Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm with a day given in lieu.

Remuneration:

My clients are offering an industry leading package with a competitive basic salary and realistic OTE of £45,000.
