About The Role:
Do you have experience recruiting in the Healthcare sectors?
Are you a 360 recruiter who has a passion for our NHS?

Working with clients, to build and maintain effective working relationships to ensure we maintain a good understanding of their temporary medical staffing recruitment needs and requirements for medical staffing roles from SHO entry level to Specialist Consultants.
- Experience of working towards KPIs and objectives in a target driven environment
- Proven and demonstrable experience in a 360recruitment consultant role, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Numerate and detail conscious
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with staff at all levels across a wide range of managerial and professional groups
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively without direct supervision
- Ability to plan and organise a range of activities; formulate and adjust plans and strategies
