About The Role:


Do you have experience recruiting in the Healthcare sectors?

Are you a 360 recruiter who has a passion for our NHS?

If yes, we would love to hear from you.


Working with clients, to build and maintain effective working relationships to ensure we maintain a good understanding of their temporary medical staffing recruitment needs and requirements for medical staffing roles from SHO entry level to Specialist Consultants.


  • Experience of working towards KPIs and objectives in a target driven environment
  • Proven and demonstrable experience in a 360recruitment consultant role, ideally within the healthcare sector
  • Numerate and detail conscious
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with staff at all levels across a wide range of managerial and professional groups
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively without direct supervision
  • Ability to plan and organise a range of activities; formulate and adjust plans and strategies
