SStan Palmer Limited is a local family-owned motor dealer group operating from three sites across North Cumbria.

The positions will be based at our Honda dealership in Cockermouth

At Stan Palmer we put customer satisfaction as a priority, that's why people skills are of upmost importance to us.

You will be responsible for providing a proactive service between customers and the workshop.

This includes;
Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Technicians.

Liaison with customers about any additional work required.

Greeting customers and scheduling services.

Estimating time and costs associated with repairs.

Tracking the vehicle through the workshop.

Upselling of extended warranties and service plans.

Calling customers regarding service reminders, MOT reminders, and new promotions

Processing manufactures and 3rd party warranty claims.

Salary:
£23,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
