What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:

You'll be working on a hybrid basis between home and our Birmingham office, working at least 2-3 days in office per week.

You will be in charge of the incident and problem management processes within Sigma IT.

You will be the go to person when an incident needs resolving swiftly, to enable our operations to run smoothly.

You will spot recurring issues and this will allow you to improve incident and problem management.

You will align with the latest ITIL best practices, and be comfortable collaborating with key stakeholders and colleagues to suggest process improvements, share insights with them, and ensure that all incident and problem resolutions are effective.


What Amazing People Will Bring to the Role:
You are a person who has a passion for service improvement, and a strong work ethic. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as top notch analytical, reporting and trend analysis skills.

You are able to manage your time well whilst working under minimal supervision, and have a great policy and procedural judgement.

You have UK A-level or equivalent basic education, and certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CIM, CPM or similar are required.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is desirable, but not a necessity. You will have proven experience in incident and problem management, with a track record of resolving issues promptly. You will have expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines, and a familiarity with Windows Active Directory environments.

You have experience of SLA management, and your experience of computer systems, businesses systems and related technologies is second to none.
