Tower Hamlets Council is looking for 2 passionate and collaborative housing professionals to join the Housing Supply Team on a permanent basis, to help take forward a range of projects to increase the supply of new housing in the borough.

The Council has an ambitious target of 1,000 affordable homes a year for rent.

The Housing Supply team contributes to this through the development of Council owned sites, regeneration of our estates, and enabling Housing Associations and developers to deliver their own regeneration schemes.

Our delivery programme has been running for 8 years, with 10 sites currently under construction and many more in the design and planning stages.


In addition you will have knowledge of: preparing bids for funding, writing briefing papers, governance processes, budget monitoring, liaison with key stakeholders and funders, delivery teams and developers.
