This is a management role, reporting to Sales & Client Management Director, Health & Benefits and has significant exposure to Sales Leadership in Great Britain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of contact managers and maintain a multimillionpound pipeline of prospects for our consultants to progress
  • In partnership with Sales and Marketing Leaders, shape the contact management strategy for H&B
  • Using data, CRM software, market insight and social media you will experiment with new outbound approaches and adapt to changes in the market
  • Leverage creative sales tactics to help the team prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas (HR, Reward, Finance & Insurance Managers) to introduce the value of WTW
  • Partner with the sales team to develop campaigns that align to their goals based on an annual plan
  • Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets, and that our sales organisation has enough opportunities to work with to be fully productive
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Monitor and evolve the team performance bonus plan in partnership with sales and leadership
  • Train members of the team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Ensure team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in team reviews
  • Coach individuals through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting in recurring 1:1's
  • Help to define performance metrics by which the team will be measured
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood by throughout the organisation
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new team members
  • Connectivity with a broader Sales and Client Management function that spans across WTW's Health, Wealth and Career business line.

The Requirements

  • Sales experience plus management experience in professional services sales
  • Telesales/Contact Management sales experience
  • A proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at similar organisation in an outbound environment
  • Attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
  • The desire to listen, provide insight and creatively solve problems
  • A good influencer and negotiator whose skills can be encouraged in others
  • A passion for clients and the desire and desire to build authentic relationships
  • Experience with prospecting tools and CRM (Artesian, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dynamics365)
