Azure Software Engineer - Up to £70,000 - Hybrid.

I have just started working with a company in the agricultural sector that specialises in making animal feed creating nutrition and technology based products as well as offering data services for anything in the agri-food industry.

They see it as workingacross multiple business while just being in one as they operate across the entire food industry supply chain.

They have employed almost 3000 people across the globe in their 30 years in the business.

You will be working as part of the software development team which consists of 4 developer and the wider teams are aiming to group to 15 after they have finished hiring this quarter.

You would be coming in at a senior level so any experience of mentoringwill be a huge help.

You will be part of an exciting project coming up where they will be moving and interrogating into a cloud environment as well as continue to deliver across the full development life cycle from concept to automation and code to deploy.

Another big thingin this role would be the amount of interrogation that will be happening with tech such as function apps and web APIs.

Skills and experience:

Practical experience with C# and.

NET Framework/.NET Core.

Experience in Azure serverless technologies; Service Bus, Function Apps, Cosmos and SQL DB.
Mentor and support other members of the development team.
Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD on Azure Devops.
Great understanding of agile techniques and development.

This role is classed as a hybrid position but are very understanding if you live a while away from the main office in Peterborough.
