Description

I am working with an national building & maintenance contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Operative to join the team in Exeter.

You will be working as part of a team carrying out responsive maintenance repairs within occupied properties.


Duties will include:

  • General carpentry and plumbing repairs
  • Replacing and repairing locks
  • Installing kitchen work surfaces & units
  • Replacing WC's basins showers etc

You will need:

  • NVQ level 3 in Carpentry or Plumbing
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Clean driving licence
  • Own tools
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • DBS check

Salary:
£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
On the road
