/ HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Mid-Weight Experience Designer at Momentum, you will take on complex projects and play a vital role in creating and delivering high-quality audience experiences across various platforms for our clients.

Building on your experience, you will be capable of working independently on experience design focused tasks and as a valued part of a wider creative and project team.

You'll demonstrate a breadth of technical knowledge, a good understanding of audience journey mapping and outstanding design skills with the ability to ideate and create show-stopping 3D designs and visuals.

This role involves working closely with cross-departmental teams to design and execute projects that meet client needs and budgets.

You will be able to manage day-to-day creative tasks needed for the project fulfilment with the oversight and support of your director and project team.

You champion the process and learn how to play your part ensuring every project happens the Momentum TBE Way.

You should be calm and measured under pressure, striving to deliver both your personal objectives and the key responsibilities with passion, enthusiasm and drive.

/ HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Audience Journey Mapping:

Use your knowledge of human-centric design principles to design and map seamless and intuitive end to end audience experiences demonstrating your thinking through zonal planning, consumer flow diagrams and audience touchpoint breakdowns.

Pushing the Creative Boundaries:

Demonstrate a breath of creative thinking and cutting-edge design skills by offering ideas and solutions exploring the different possibilities of a brief and showcasing your expertise in this field.

3D Design & Visualization:

Showcase your technical knowledge with a solid understanding of 3D software to design and output exceptional, high-quality visuals. Optimizing assets and managing file sizes for ease of workflow and collaboration.

Communication & Storytelling:

Clearly articulate your design thinking to the team and ensure it is presented in beautifully crafted and considered presentations that showcase the story behind the design to the best of your ability.

Ideation to Execution:

Showcase your material and manufacturing knowledge with creative and sustainable build solutions that align with the creative vision and budget.

Stay close to production and suppliers to provide them with the details they need to execute to a high standard.
