ESP is seeking an incredible creative thinker to play an integral role in our interior concept design & visualisation department.

We are looking for a passionate 3D creative with a proven track record of creating high quality, large-scale, photorealistic renders for fitness and wellness facilities.

You'll be an essential part of our growing interior design team, supporting and helping to deliver beautifully crafted brand experiences.

You'll have an excellent knowledge of creating 3D environments, be organised and passionate about creating top quality work.


About The Opportunity:

The role of Interior Concept Designer is to be directly involved in creating projects, working closely with management, and pushing the boundaries of what is achievable.

You will be required to take ownership of design projects, and work closely with the team to interpret the product in the best way possible.

You will be organised and agile and be able to work on typical interior & building renderings as well as other required outputs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Visualisation or similar


Requirements:

Working closely with the design team to interpret architectural designs as specified within conceptual ideas, project sketches, architectural drawings, and models, realising those designs as compelling imagery, 3D Tours and Animations.

• Carrying out technical research, analysis, 3D CAD modelling and 2D engineering drawings.
• A demonstrational ability to create interior design concepts from the start through to excellent final execution based on company standards.
• Experience working with client feedback and production practicalities to translate ideas from concept to reality.
• To assist with assembly and installations of equipment at the ESP factory and on site.
• Lead by example while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Key Skills:

• Expert creation of 3D environments
• Expert modelling and rendering
• Experienced in the use of 3D drawing packages
• Pcon Planner, Autodesk Inventor Professional, Photoshop or similar
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Keyshot rendering software

Essentials:

• Demonstrated experience on client facing projects within a fastpaced interior design department
• Be commercially aware and be able to keep close control of product quality and performance targets
• Creative and innovative thinker with great problemsolving skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple projects and manage your own workload
• Great communicator, both verbal & written
• Team player

Desirable:

• Sporting or fitness background with a passion for the industry
• Have worked with both Apple Mac and PC computers

About You:

• Experience in a design or studio environment
• Understanding the use of colour, composition, and lighting in imagery
• Expert knowledge of lighting and render settings
• Takes initiative to experiment with new software and industry trends.

Salary depending on experience
