Restore are looking for a natural leader to join our team as Business Development Manager.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for engaging effectively with clients, partners and sales channels and delivering our full portfolio of services and solutions to clients.
You will be accountable for delivering profitable growth and building relationships with new customers.
The focus will be on leveraging existing stakeholder relationships with wider Restore business units and industry partners to ensure cross-selling opportunitiesare maximised.
You will be working collaboratively with other members of the Business Development team as well as colleagues from other areas of the business including our Account Managers, Operations, Pre Sales, IT, Legal, Finance and MarketingRESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets through the securing of new profitable contracts.
- Developing and implementing strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.
- Leading and motivating virtual teams to deliver profitable, multiyear contracts.
- Leading end to end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and strategic direction thorough to transition planning and final implementation.
- Have a range of valuable and demonstrable relationships with appropriate clients.
- Identify, target and mature relationships in key target accounts and organisations.
- Engagement with marketing to drive lead generation.
- Management of pipeline, sales plans and sales documentation as appropriate.
ABOUT YOU
- Possess strong commercial awareness and experience of sales forecasting and reporting.
- Have a proven track record achieving against targets and selling up to senior board level.
- Have a high standard of computer, writing and numeric skills.
- Adopt a creative, collaborative and focussed approach to business problem solving.
- Be articulate, confident and tenacious with the ability to selfmanage and use initiative.
- Possess excellent presentation skills.
- Be organised and professional with the ability to work accurately to demanding timeframes.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Efficient in key software and systems such as Excel, Word, SharePoint (or similar).
- Industry knowledge.
- Key sector knowledge
- Have detailed and recent experience selling Business Process Outsourcing & SaaS.
- Be able to demonstrate deep market understanding of the BPO Industry.
- Have experience in leading major RFQ, RFI and RFP bid responses.
- Have a detailed awareness of Vertical Market Sectors.
- Proven sales experience.
- Track record of overachieving quota
