As the Head of Compliance Framework at 888 William Hill's UK division, you'll lead the charge in keeping us in sync with regulations while ensuring our policies match with our compliance control framework.

What you will be doing

Review and update all policies and procedures in response to regulatory or internal changes.
Oversee the UK compliance framework, document all elements, and ensure appropriate review and implementation of remedial actions.
Capture all relevant changes related to compliance or customer management accurately, and reflect potential ramifications in appropriate documentation.

Who we are looking for

Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with individuals across all levels.
Strong analytical abilities and problemsolving skills
Proficient understanding of UK and Jersey regulatory requirements
Meticulous attention to detail and adaptable approach.
