Description

The main responsibilities and duties of this role are to support a busy Mental Health Team with all administration tasks includinganswering calls via phone, monitoring an email account for work and processing messages appropriately, completing daily bed statements, admissions and discharges, ordering, booking appointments and transport, updating clinical systems, covering receptions/other wards and general administrative duties The successful applicant will need to be familiar with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
