Are you a passionate Psychology graduate looking to kick-start your career in education? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants at a primary school in the Liverpool area.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
- Support students with their learning, providing oneonone assistance when necessary
- Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities
- Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Foster the social and emotional development of students
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (or related field)
- Strong passion for education and working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a caring nature
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with children (e.g., volunteering, tutoring, mentoring) is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories is advantageous

Salary:
£80.00-£100.00 per day
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
