Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized cover supervisor to join a secondary school in the Norwich area.

The cover supervisor will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring thatstudents remain on task and complete assigned work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Ensure that students remain on task and complete assigned work
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student behaviour and progress
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
  • Experience working in a secondary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
