A fantastic opportunity with our Berkshire based client for a Financial Reporting Manager. This large organisation has offices all over the country and offers good career growth and development.
Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager will include:
- Manage the team on a day-to-day basis
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Respond to client requests and keep them informed of progress
- Provide financial management on all projects
- Assist clients with technical queries and challenges
- Liaise with other departments
- Identify and recognise business and sales opportunities with new clients
- Recruit, retain, develop and motivate employees
The successful Financial Reporting Manager will require the following skills and experience:
- ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent qualification
- Excellent working knowledge FRS 102 and related financial reporting requirements
- Previous management role
- Experience of delivering statutory accounts preparation or audit services to a large business
- Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
