A fantastic opportunity with our Berkshire based client for a Financial Reporting Manager. This large organisation has offices all over the country and offers good career growth and development.

Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager will include:

  • Manage the team on a day-to-day basis
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Respond to client requests and keep them informed of progress
  • Provide financial management on all projects
  • Assist clients with technical queries and challenges
  • Liaise with other departments
  • Identify and recognise business and sales opportunities with new clients
  • Recruit, retain, develop and motivate employees

The successful Financial Reporting Manager will require the following skills and experience:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent working knowledge FRS 102 and related financial reporting requirements
  • Previous management role
  • Experience of delivering statutory accounts preparation or audit services to a large business
  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
