Description

We are recruiting for a Concession Supervisor role involved in supporting concession store manager support a small team to motivate, mentor, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service and brand recognition.

Skills /Responsibilities

Has previous clothing retail experience and knowledge to deliver a fantastic retailer experience.

Be able to confidently work well in a team and also be able to help mentor, supervise and motivate a small team

Open and honest with good communication between staff and customers

Hold excellent customer management skills and make decisions in the best interests of the customer

Have involvement in weekly teams/zoom trade meetings and when in absence of your manager take a lead role where you will be expected to understand sales, sales goals and follow KPI's.

Ensure to maintain a high standard with store visual image and merchandising

Be prepared to work a variation of hours within store, opening hours of which cover a 7 day week and will also require some weekend work too

Be responsible for opening and closing which will include some cash handling

Complete day to day administration tasks including using the till systems and also use of the work laptop
