We are seeking a passionate and ambitious individual looking to gain vital paid experience within schools to be a cover supervisor.

The role is a perfect opportunity to network with different secondary schools around the Birmingham and West Midlands areaavailable for an immediate start with the potential to be on-going.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
  • Educated to degree level or higher
  • Experience with children and young people

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Cover and supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Ensure the safety of and support pupils within the classroom
  • Have a sound understanding of safeguarding protocols and procedures
  • Have an adaptable approach to work with flexible hours
  • A passion for the education and support of young people
  • Be creative and engaging to ensure the learning of preplanned lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
