We are a leading research based pharmaceutical organisation with an extensive portfolio across the Oncology, Neurology and Pain therapy areas.

Your new role

As a Packaging Operator, this role has the responsibility to operate the designated manufacturing equipment and systems to produce product that meets pre-defined quality attributes and production schedules, at the EML Production facility in Hatfield and to ensure the efficient operation of all manufacturing operations.

What are we looking for?

Practical experience working within manufacturing and packaging environments
Essential.
Experience of the automation project lifecycle including design, configuration, implementation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and validation
Essential.
Practical experience working on manufacturing execution systems (MES)
Desirable.
Practical experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
Desirable but not essential. Another highly regulated industry would be considered (food, beverages, tobacco, aerospace etc).

Package

Salary range: Up to £36,627 (Shift Pay £5220)
Holiday: 24 days, increased with service
Annual discretionary Bonus: based on individual and co. performance up to a maximum of 10%. Please note as the bonus is discretionary, it will not appear on contractual documents.
Pension: Up to 5% Employee, 10% Employer (starts at 3% Employee, 6% Employer on day 1)
Health Insurance: Aviva employee only (family members through discounted monthly payroll deduction if required).
Dental Insurance: Denplan employee only (family members through discounted monthly payroll deduction if required).

Life Assurance: 4 x Basic salary
