The Company
We are a leading research based pharmaceutical organisation with an extensive portfolio across the Oncology, Neurology and Pain therapy areas.

Your new role
As a Packaging Operator, this role has the responsibility to operate the designated manufacturing equipment and systems to produce product that meets pre-defined quality attributes and production schedules, at the EML Production facility in Hatfield and to ensure the efficient operation of all manufacturing operations.
What are we looking for?
- Practical experience working within manufacturing and packaging environments
- Essential.
- Experience of the automation project lifecycle including design, configuration, implementation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and validation
- Essential.
- Practical experience working on manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Desirable.
- Practical experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
- Desirable but not essential. Another highly regulated industry would be considered (food, beverages, tobacco, aerospace etc).

Package
- Salary range: Up to £36,627 (Shift Pay £5220)
- Holiday: 24 days, increased with service
- Annual discretionary Bonus: based on individual and co. performance up to a maximum of 10%. Please note as the bonus is discretionary, it will not appear on contractual documents.
- Pension: Up to 5% Employee, 10% Employer (starts at 3% Employee, 6% Employer on day 1)
