At Xuper we provide an extensive range of products, services and solutions selling global support, hardware, software, audio visual/video conferencing hardware solutions including video conferencing systems and associated professional services.


  • Logging of service desk tickets, ensuring all fields are completed, assigning the correct priority status to the call
  • Travelling to customer sites across the UK to resolve issues
  • Logging support tasks with external support companies and suppliers, seeing the task through to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Providing cover for 1st Line Engineers when on annual leave through ticket management, escalations and distribution
  • Taking responsibility for 1st line faults and work requests
  • Proactively seeking resolutions for customers; keep customers updated at all times
  • Providing technical support on all IT related matters aiming at resolving majority of incidents at first point of call using advanced diagnostic techniques, system administration rights and remote control of desktops

Essential Requirements:

  • Microsoft 365 Migration and Tenancy Management
  • Microsoft SharePoint and Configuration
  • Microsoft Azure platforms
  • Microsoft Windows 7 and above
  • Microsoft In-Tune and PowerShell apps
  • Microsoft Office Suites 2007 and above
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and above
  • Basic Network Troubleshooting skills (DNS, DCHP, General internet and network connectivity)
  • Hardware diagnostics using HP and Dell Management suites
  • Printer installations and troubleshooting

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in all IT service desk roles
  • Multi-Lingual speaking
  • Certification of Microsoft Certified Professional, MS900, MS100, AZ700 etc.
