Brunswick House in Gloucester is looking for a kind and compassionate Care Support Worker.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

As a Care Support Worker you will be supporting and working with the Care Assistants ensuring the wellbeing and quality of life of a residents.

Your daily routine will be varied and you will support the service users with their nutrition, assisting to eat and hydration.

This will include encouraging them to participate in activities and community support where required.

We will train you in all aspects of your job role and ensure that your training is up to date and refreshed regularly.

There is ample opportunity for progression in this role up to Care Assistant and then to Senior Care Assistant and beyond.
