This role requires a strong people manager who enjoys analysing sales, profits and performance. A dynamic team manager with ideas of how to successfully drive the sales force in the right direction.

Client Services Manager Duties:


  • Manage a team of client support and field sales account managers
  • Analysing sales results and highlighting any anomalies
  • Looking at ways to increase profit
  • Holding training days with the team
  • Working closely with sales, purchasing and marketing departments
  • Schedule and attend meetings
  • Maintain all selling prices are correct
  • Working alongside other departments creating sales strategies
  • Coordinate customer events
  • Train new team members when needed
