Administrative Assistant and Project Support

Do you have experience working in an office? Are you looking for either a full time or part time role with flexible working?
HCD Research Ltd is a manufacturer of precision time and frequency products based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Trading under the names of HCD Research and Quartzlock, it sells its products worldwide.

They have an exciting position for an Administrative Assistant and Project Support to join them.

You will provide administrative support for projects and for the company's operations generally.


Specific duties:


  • Providing support for the company's purchasing operation including following up on outstanding purchase orders
  • Providing administrative support to the company's various projects which include Innovate UK funded projects
  • Providing administrative support to the managing director

Required skills:


  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel and Word)
  • Good telephone manner
  • Comfortable working in a small company environment
  • Selfmotivated, conscientious with good organisational skills and attention to detail
