Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a global Real Estate services company, who are seeking a Data Co-ordinator to work across a key account.
Your role will be dedicated to ensuring that all data set-up and changes are managed and completed accurately,delivering exceptional data quality on time, and tracking energy consumption and trends.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the collection, monitoring, and recording of data from the Client's properties/ Building Management Systems.
- Provide quarterly updates of progress against key performance metrics, drive and assist with the production of quarterly KPIs
- Provide support to the ESG, Property Management and Facility Management teams by maintaining accurate information reporting
- Organise, lead, and complete adhoc data quality audits and reconciliation exercises
- Provide data inputs to the Client as requested to assist corporate and group reporting
- Participate in the development of adequate data management processes with the client
- Positively engage with Client, meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, manipulating data with the use of formulas, generation of graphs, and other data visualisations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- A methodical and rigorous approach to information gathering and data analysis
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities to meet deadlines
- Good verbal, written, and graphical communication skills
- Great planning and organisation skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, and SharePoint, would be a plus
- Practical experience in operating and utilising online data management platforms beneficial
- Demonstratable stakeholder management experience
