Description

The purpose of this role is to assist the finance team in delivering consistently great customer service to existing and new clients.


We are looking for someone who is proactive and reliable, someone who is detail orientated and creative when problem solving.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process invoices and follow up with clients and Suppliers when necessary.
  • Maintain customer and supplier records in accounting system.
  • Monthly statement reconciliation.
  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors.
  • Assistance with Bank reconciliation.
  • Assistance with client fund processing and reconciliations.
  • Provide daytoday company administration.
  • Work as part of the team, assisting with workload during busy periods

Competencies:


  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Strong IT and Excel skills.
  • Detail-Oriented.
  • Strong communication.
  • Good knowledge of accounting practices.

Location:

Reporting Office - Leeds
Based - Leeds/Home. Travel may be required for training or other tasks in very limited circumstances with potential overnight stays.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
