**IT Support Analyst - Law Firm
Manchester

up to £30,000 + Benefits**Our client is a top 100 regional Law Firm and is now looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to join their team.

This is a desk-side role and is based 5 days a week at offices in Manchester City Centre.
You will have strong experience in a Windows environment and excellent customer service experience.

Ideally you will be knowledgeable in the following:

Experience supporting users within a Windows Desktop10, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environment
Active Directory user configuration
Use and support of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
Awareness of Local Area Networking including local patching to switches

You MUST have strong customer service ethic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is an office based role in Manchester City Centre and pays a salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits.
